This is a spacious cafe. Relaxing atmosphere. Their tiger tea is pretty good. Like Thai tea served hot.

Excellent place to work or just hang out! They have reliable wifi, usable power outlets, great music, and most importantly, good boba and tea.

Love this place, but the only downside is that the parking is a nightmare sometimes. Also, they still charge full price even if they run out of BoBa. What’s up with that?Best tea I’ve tasted in Irvine. And you can adjust sugar levels.

We went to get a Vietnamese coffee. Impressed by the attitude of the staff whose name is Ernest. As our purchase is less than $5 but there is a minimum charge for credit card that is $5. My husband gave an ok to Ernest to charge $5 and they can get 80c as tip. Ernest immediately suggested that we get a large coffee that costs 4.80$. it means they only get 20c. We like him being professional in such little details.

Chillax bro, put your kicks up and partake in some crispy chicken and smooth boba brew! Mocha coffee was smooth and the cold milk tea had warm boba, that’s like BAM a GOOD mouth surprise!!! Good place to park it with WiFi and outlets every few feet along the wall if you need that lightning juice. They even gots some couches in the front corner if you want that quick snooze but don’t be shellfish and hog the whole thing for your crustacean butt. Games at the front, chess, Jenga, and some hallucinogenic card game I imagine. Just come enjoy the vibe and indulge in the tastiness.

One of the best bubble teas I’ve ever had—and I lived in Taiwan for two years! I had the passion fruit orange (which I would have never considered combining) with boba and jelly. All was fresh as delicious. My girlfriend had the grapefruit green tea with aloe—so good. Can’t wait to go back!

Andre is a great barista! Overall great experience every single time I come. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and the drinks are perfect!

Excellent place

Very nice food here, but no air conditioning. For a business that is in an area like this to not open the back door for air flow or turn on the AC is just nuts. Today it felt like the Texas humidity I just left 5 hours ago. The owner needs to take his business seriously and have a comfortable environment.

This place is chill and not overhyped so a perfect place to hang out. Their tea is a good and doesn't taste watered down! (Which is a pet peeve of mine for boba places)
